    Manager, Measurement Planning & Analysis

    The Measurement, Planning, and Analysis Manager will lead work and projects to enable data-driven decision-making within the No Kid Hungry campaign.

    The Manager will analyze internal and external data to inform program and policy strategies, working in close collaboration with staff across the organization to integrate relevant data into program plans and other critical initiatives.

    The Manager will build internal and partner capacity for capturing and analyzing data, and will help develop tools and processes to analyze and share data.

    This position reports to the Senior Manager of Measurement, Planning, and Analysis and is based in Washington, DC or remote.

    This position is based in Washington, D.C. but could be fully remote for the right candidate living outside of the DC area 30 miles or more. The position offers a range of $65k-$75k. Exact compensation within the stated salary range may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Lead program data analysis for a cohort of No Kid Hungry state campaigns.
    Identify and elevate state and local trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    Facilitate results and impact discussions with staff and partners.

    Serve as a key resource and thought leader in No Kid Hungry annual planning and the development of campaign strategies and goals.

    Create reports and data visualizations to communicate results to a variety of audiences.
    Lead and/or assist with strategic analysis projects to inform program and policy strategies, best practices, and measures of success.

    Maintain working knowledge of the federal child nutrition programs and related No Kid Hungry strategies, data sources, reporting assumptions, and analysis practices.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree preferred and of 3-5 years of experience in business or strategic analysis, project management/support, consulting, or a related function.

    Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Excel with emphasis on lookup and reference functions and Pivot tables.
    Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from large volumes of seemingly disparate data and information.
    Ability to quickly review, formulate assumptions, and make decisions based on limited information.
    Capable of managing priorities across multiple, concurrent programs, and initiatives.
    Comfort with changing priorities in support of senior leadership needs.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    Poise and professionalism in working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
    Interest (and preferably, work experience) in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues.

    Experience with any of the following tools/languages is a plus: Tableau Prep, Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS or similar, Python, SQL.
