Full-time or Part-time position available in Freeport, FL:

The Hospital for Naturopathic Medicine in Munich (KfN) is one of the leading complementary medical clinics in Germany.

For over 140 years, we have been integrating recognized methods from complementary medicine, such as phytotherapy, hydrothermal treatments, exercise therapy, relaxation techniques, detoxification methods, and neural therapy, into scientifically based conventional medical treatment concepts.


Our modern integrative treatment concept utilizes the synergistic effects of complementary medicine, which is based on stimulating the body's own self-regulation.

The activation of self-healing and regulatory forces promotes the sustainable recovery of our patients, especially those with chronic illnesses. The treatment spectrum at KfN covers the entire range of diseases in internal medicine and related fields.


Your responsibilities:


  • Performing primary coding based on patient records (DRG billing) and coding guidelines, including billing approval
  • Conducting the MD procedure
  • Preparation and conduct of case dialogues, e.g. MBEG, KAIN/INKA
  • Processing inquiries from payers and MD audit cases in collaboration with the financial accounting department
  • Length of stay control and management
  • Consulting and supporting medical and nursing staff on coding and documentation issues

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant
  • Preferably with further training as a coding specialist (m/f/d)
  • Indepth knowledge of
