For our FIRST travel agency in Würzburg, we are currently seeking a full-time (38.5 hours/week) tourism clerk / travel salesperson (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


ABOUT THE POSITION
Selling a wide range of tourism services
Providing expert advice and enthusiasm to our customers
Actively acquiring and retaining customers through friendly and interactive communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) and a high level of service orientation
Corresponding with customers and service providers
Assisting in optimizing our work processes
Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency


ABOUT YOU
Completed training as a travel salesperson or tourism clerk
Previous experience in a travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
In-depth knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
Sales and customer service skills with a goal-oriented and service-oriented approach
Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
Communicative, dedicated personality with strong team spirit
