Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Carolinas will be leading the marketing, business development, and sales efforts in their assigned region, acquiring new Single-Family and Multi-Family clients. Seeking a self-starter with previous sales experience and a background in selling to the residential building industry or new home real estate, able to understand prospect needs and build relationships with ease. This role involves regular travel across the Carolinas region.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in Home Construction Markets preferred
Demonstrated drive for results and accountability
Interpersonal skills to influence and facilitate change
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with CRM platforms
Exceptional time management skills
Passion for continuous learning and business growth
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel

Reports To: CEO or Director of Business Development

Performance Responsibilities:

Continuous prospecting through various channels to generate leads
Developing relationships with industry professionals for new business opportunities
Participation in industry events and networking activities
Complete knowledge of company values and the construction industry
Follow-up on leads and maintain sales pipeline
Update CRM activities and provide regular updates to leadership
Understanding of market intelligence for insights
Engagement with closed business for client success
Additional duties to drive sales success

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $63K annual base salary plus uncapped commission potential
