The Association for Behavior Modification is a professional and specialized association for licensed psychotherapists and a state-recognized psychotherapy training institute.

For over 25 years, we have been training psychological psychotherapists and child and adolescent psychotherapists. AVM is an accredited provider of continuing education by the Bavarian Psychotherapists Chamber.

Our training and further education courses take place in Bamberg, Göttingen, Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Stuttgart, Ulm, Augsburg, Cologne, and Würzburg.

We are currently seeking a new employee for our financial accounting department at our Bamberg headquarters, working 20 hours per week (part-time).

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing financial accounting
  • Preparing monthly and/or annual financial statements
  • Maintaining master data
  • Managing debtors and creditors
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Overseeing debt collection
  • Monitoring daily revenues
  • Processing mail

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting/financial accounting
  • Proven practical experience in similar positions
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and responsibility
  • Proactive, solutionoriented, and results
