SCHEDULE -

Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 4:30pm

SALARY RATE -

Salary: $80,000K-90,000K / year

IDEAL CANDIDATE -

Ability to think outside the box and propose unique ideas to engage target audiences and differentiate the brand.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, CMS and CRM.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and advertisements.
Understanding of brand identity and brand management principles to ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot, or similar software.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
Composes and manage marketing material.
Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
Identifies target customers and markets.
Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experienced using Hubspot, Salesfroce, Power BI and Adobe Creative Suite
