Responsibilities:
- Support the personnel team in administrative matters
- Schedule and travel management for the team
- Management of electronic and paperbased documents
- Communication with clients, candidates, and internal employees
- Preparation and followup of meetings and presentations
- Maintenance of personnel files and databases
- General office organization and administration
- Reception and assistance for visitors and calls
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Organizational talent and structured work approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Nativelevel German language skills
- Reliability and high level of customer service orientation
