- Glendale, Arizona and will support our Personal Lines Product Executives. This role will be required to be in the office Thursdays and one other weekday.
- Interact with clients who may include internal and external senior executives.
- Manage schedules for all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities.
- Maximize appropriate time allocation to senior executive's priorities based on understanding the company goals and their individual objectives.
- Proofread documents, messages, presentations.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or relevant experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the executive's work styles and handle discreet information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, activities, and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and working knowledge of M365.
- Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc
