- Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines
- Render individualized, age-specific bedside nursing care based on patient needs
- Act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and using independent judgment to direct healthcare team members
- Evaluate nursing practice quality and effectiveness to establish patient goals
- Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines
- Supervise other healthcare team members as needed
- MINIMUM EDUCATION: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: BSN
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year of acute care experience or certification in a specialty area
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Arizona RN license, CPR, ACLS, other certifications specific to departments
- REQUIRED COURSE(S) TRAINING: Advanced Fetal Monitoring for L&D

RN CVICU Full Time Nights Position Summary
Special Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, and basic computer skills required. Previous experience in CVICU, ICU, or Cardiac Stepdown strongly preferred.
