Farmersville, IL based company 'Die inserve GmbH' is a young company that focuses on self-learning information retrieval in document-based processes using artificial intelligence.

Our services aim to automate processes and process structured documents for insurance companies, lawyers, insolvency administrators, scanning service providers, and logistics companies.


Based on our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, our service team provides high-quality services for the complete implementation (Full Service) and tailored continuous support (Managed Service) of document processing through AI training, monitoring, and quality assurance.


Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of at least five employees and motivate them to give their best every day.
  • You will be responsible for the deployment planning and management of team members.
  • You will implement validation concepts and ensure the quality of results.
  • You will define and prepare projectspecific work packages.
  • You will monitor progress and provide regular internal/external reporting.
  • You will create cost and project calculations for customer projects.
  • You will be the main point of contact for technical coordination with our clients.
  • You will train employees on our IDP platform.
  • You will work with the IDP product team on continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree or commercial training.
  • Project management experience (preferably in data capture or similar).
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and proficient in using Office programs (especially Excel).
  • Experience in softwarebased data capture and validation (desirable).
