Start date:

Our program:

In our trainee program, as a recent graduate, you take your career into your own hands. Over 18 months, you will explore exciting positions and projects in our engineering department. You determine where your path leads. Your mentor and our diverse Nitto team will support you along the way. Don't let anything hold you back - complete your master's degree while working.


What to expect:


You will dive into various areas of engineering and stay one step ahead of the curve with cross-functional assignments: from project engineering to process engineering, and even digitalization and sensor technology.
