    Position Summary


    The Business Process Analyst is responsible for supporting, analyzing, and recommending changes to Medical Funding workflows and processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and achievement of department goals.

    This role works closely with new and current staff to maintain a deep understanding of existing medical funding workflows, train and coach staff to ensure consistency and process quality, and evaluate proposed workflow changes/improvements to determine efficacy in reaching desired outcomes.

    This role is highly cross-functional, and expected to collaborate with Business Systems, Medical Funding, and other AbleNet teams on reporting, analyzing and continuously improving processes and outcomes.

    Position Responsibilities

    Maintain a deep understanding of the Medical Funding Operations team's Salesforce environment and establish/maintain KPIs to measure the oversight, training, and process improvement of Medical Funding workflows.

    Monitor the quality and efficacy of current Medical Funding workflows, providing analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement and system automation.

    Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers, supervisors, and staff by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting requests while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

    Design, implement, and present workflow documentation and training to support staff with all Medical Funding workflows in Salesforce.
    Monitor and analyze incoming enhancement requests and make implementation recommendations based on efficacy for Best Outcomes of the department.

    Work collaboratively with the Medical Funding teams to continuously improve the customer experience as well as workflow productivity through use of Salesforce and other business applications.

    Determine ways to measure changes in workflow and processes to reach newly identified KPI targets.
    Seek resolution by coordinating communication and resolution across several stakeholders.
    Demonstrate the core medical service department philosophies: Listen, Learn and Lead.
    Other duties as assigned by manager.

    Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities
    Highly proficient knowledge of Salesforce
    Adept in business process and data analysis, operations research, and process optimization
    Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and coach staff
    Adept in problem-solving, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
    Detail-oriented and organizational nature

    Position Requirements

    Education
    Bachelor's Degree Required

    Experience
    3+ years' experience with Salesforce required
    1+ years' medical funding experience highly preferred

    Physical, Time, Presence & Other Requirements
    6-8 hours per day keyboarding
    Some travel up to 10% may be expected
    Exempt, full-time employees work an average of 40 hours per week. Additional hours outside of normal business may be required as necessary.
    Office setting preferred but not required, hybrid arrangements will be considered
