For our headquarters in Bochum, we are currently seeking a
Sales Pump Department Administrator for our Sioux Falls, SD location
(Reference No. KU2024VAS)
Your responsibilities:
- Processing national and international orders, including order entry, supplier orders, order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices
- Maintaining communication with our international production facilities and suppliers
- Corresponding with customers and overseeing deadlines and processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, such as wholesale and foreign trade merchant, industrial clerk, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, several years of experience in order processing
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Resultsoriented and independent work style
- Familiarity with ERP systems and common MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible and teamoriented work approach
