For our headquarters in Bochum, we are currently seeking a

Sales Pump Department Administrator for our Sioux Falls, SD location

(Reference No. KU2024VAS)

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing national and international orders, including order entry, supplier orders, order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices
  • Maintaining communication with our international production facilities and suppliers
  • Corresponding with customers and overseeing deadlines and processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, such as wholesale and foreign trade merchant, industrial clerk, or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, several years of experience in order processing
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Resultsoriented and independent work style
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and common MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible and teamoriented work approach
