Job description

  • Preparation of the HGB consolidated financial statements and the annual report for the group
  • Monthly consolidation of the individual results of the group and support/coordination of the subsidiaries in matters of group accounting
  • Introduction of a uniform booking logic and creation of an accounting manual according to HGB for the entire group
  • Preparation of quarterly covenant reporting to banks and management of group-wide transfer pricing and associated documentation requirements
  • Further development and optimization of the consolidation tool (BPS)
  • Contact person for auditors
