Your Education

The learning locations are the customer centers at the AOK district office Nordschwarzwald and the AOK education center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach.

Your Task
You will learn to support and advise our customers with expertise, * to inspire customers for our additional products and to win customers for us, * to ensure the high quality of our extensive range through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g. doctors and sports clubs), * to apply legal principles and make use of leeway in decision-making.

Your Qualifications

You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate, * have a high willingness to learn, * are open-minded, enjoy communicating and working in a team, * show dedication and a service-oriented attitude.
