Responsibilities:
Disciplinary, strategic, and cost-responsible development and management of the department on behalf of the management.

Development of service offerings based on a detailed analysis of market needs, as well as sales for the entire range of services.

Continuous improvement of the customer experience through your expertise. Monitoring of market developments and competitive analysis. Coordination of internal stakeholders as an interface to all divisions, with whom you work hand in hand. Contact person for defined key accounts. Support for nationwide major projects.
