We are currently seeking a Case Manager / IT Process Manager (m/f/d) for our Social Services department, to be filled as soon as possible.

The position is classified as A 9 SHBesO or pay group 9a TVöD and is a full-time, permanent position.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Process management for the social and youth welfare systems
- Troubleshooting, maintenance of master data including central settings for document templates, user management, adaptation of processes to legal changes, etc.
- Consulting and supporting users / hotline, creating work instructions, coordinating training
- Participation in technical supervision (correct processing in the system)
Payment of social benefits
Projects and special tasks in the area of process management, e.g.
