About the role:


The Financial Accountant ensures the integrity of financial transactions, manages daily transactions, and provides support for various accounting and reporting tasks in compliance with internal, local/legal, and tax regulations.


Your responsibilities:


  • Recording and managing financial transactions in the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other relevant accounts. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Processing and verifying supplier invoices, reconciling bank statements, and planning payments. Reviewing the accuracy of invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Tracking customer payments and following up on overdue invoices. Reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records of customer transactions.
  • Maintaining organized and uptodate financial records and documents, including receipts, invoices, bank statements, and other documents. Ensuring proper filing and storage of financial records.
  • Ensuring correct and complete data entry for new customers and suppliers in the accounting system (ERP). Updating and maintaining existing records with any
