What to expect at ELA
Reception and support of customers and visitors
Support for meetings and events
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Booking of travel and accommodations as well as issuing keys for company vehicles
General secretarial and office tasks
What you should bring
Successfully completed training as a hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, office clerk, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in gastronomy/reception/front desk is desirable
Good knowledge of English in spoken and written
