Position SummaryThe Sales Account Manager (Intermediate) maintains the day-to-day customer relationship from onboarding through invoicing to maintain personal and company revenue targets.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging current customer accounts as point of contact for assigned customersCommunicating with customers to ensure customer satisfactionOnboarding new customers through Kodiak process, including all required vetting requirements and approvalsCompleting Sales Information Sheets (SISs) for all new customersCoordinating with Fleet to ensure unit availability and monitor HP utilization for customer useMonitoring personal revenue targets and reporting up to regional VPsHandling customer phone calls and resolving issues as neededAttending all required Kodiak safety trainings and comply with all Kodiak safety training requirementsMaking every effort to attend Kodiak safety meetingsPromoting a safe work environment for both yourself and fellow Kodiak employeesJoining a Safety Team to support Safety Coordinators if askedEducation, Experience, and Training3+ years of general sales related experience required, with industry-related experience requiredEffective communicatorAbility to multi-task and solve problemsBasic understanding of Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of various tools/systems preferred4-year degree in business and/or management required or 4+ years of prior position experienceApplicable certifications/trainings preferredPhysical DemandsRequired to sit for long periods of time as neededAbility to travel to/from client site locationsInfrequent light physical effort required#administrativeKodiak Gas Services is an
