    BuildMy_ ) is looking for an experienced and motivated Software Sales Manager to support our expansion into the U.S. market.

    As a member of BuildMy_ growing sales organization, you'll be part of a dynamic group building a high-quality, strategic pipeline of prospective enterprise and small business customers in your territory. You will manage the end-to-end sales process while helping build the brand in your market and work with current BuildMy_ customers to make sure they are happy, referenceable, and willing to make introductions. You will also work with the larger SaaS platform ecosystem in your market: e-commerce merchants, retail merchants, [BlockChain, NFT, payment services] and other partners of BuildMy_ in-market.

    This is a part-time, remote role with the near-term six month goal of moving to a full-time position and directing the growth of a larger sales team. You will report directly to the Managing Partner of AD Group Americas located in NYC.

    • Focus on building relationships with the top enterprise and small business leaders in your market
    • Find great solutions for each customer using an understanding of their business and their growth plans
    • Pitch BuildMy_ to replace and improve their current solution and systems
    • Establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation
    • Exceed sales revenue and overall goals with an additional commission compensation
    • Become a BuildMy_ product expert to lead online and onsite product demonstrations
    • Work with a global team to manage complex sales and develop a strategic regional plan
    • Who We're Looking For
    • 3-5+ years selling to digital-first industries (e-commerce, SaaS, game development, mid/enterprise back-end resource systems, etc.)
    • You have experience developing a business development strategy for a new territory
    • Demonstrated experience meeting sales quotas
    • Intrinsically motivated
    • You have experience and want to work in a dynamic, growth stage company
    • You have past success selling during market creation phase
    • Experience using Notion to manage pipeline (not mandatory)
    • Working knowledge of technical platforms and back-end website applications
    • Compensation, Benefits & Perks
    • Cash Compensation Range: $48,000 - $55,000 USD
    • Initial role is part-time with intention to be full-time after ramp up
    • 10% commission on closed sales with no-cap
