    Clinical Sales Consultant/Specialist (Part-time or Full-time)

    We work as a behavioral health partner for value-based care providers, joining forces with primary care practices and ACOs and MCOs to develop innovative behavioral health care models.     Your Role

    Responsibilities:

    As a Clinical Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and facilitating a collaborative care behavioral health program within primary care practices and the local medical community. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with primary care physicians (PCPs) and office managers to introduce and advocate for the program. You will be tasked with educating them on the benefits and importance of the program, as well as guiding them through the implementation process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with primary care practices to ensure the successful integration and sustainability of the program within their settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with primary care practices and the local medical community to promote the collaborative care behavioral health program.
    • Educate PCPs and office managers on the features and advantages of the program.
    • Collaborate closely with PCPs to develop and implement the program effectively.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with primary care practices to support ongoing program success.
    • Monitor and evaluate the program's impact on patient care and outcomes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Act as a liaison between the behavioral health program and primary care practices, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the program and its benefits among key stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

    • Proven experience in primary care practice settings, either in an operational or clinical staff capacity or in a sales role targeting PCPs.
    • A deep understanding of the dynamics and challenges within primary care practices and the healthcare industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and influence the PCP community.
    • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate complex healthcare environments and evolving program requirements.
    • A passion for promoting behavioral health initiatives and improving patient care outcomes.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management or sales are advantageous.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with primary care practices and attend relevant events and conferences.
    • Ability to arrange and consistently travel to various work sites, as well as possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence and motor vehicle insurance

    This position is remote, but you must be located within or nearby our Buffalo market to ensure availability to participate in local community and promotional events, attend meetings with Integral Health's team on business trips as well as visit PCP offices in person as necessary.

    Compensation

    • [Full-time]
    • First year compensation $55,000 to $80,000 annually (DOE)
    • Metric driven bonuses up to 15-25% of the base salary

    • Hourly rate of $40-75/hour based on experience
