As a subsidiary of the Seier Group, we are part of a strong network within a large family-owned company and serve as the central service provider for all administrative and strategic matters within the group.

The daughter companies of Seier Holding GmbH & Co. KG operate in the fields of civil engineering, IT, waste management, and tourism.

We are currently seeking a full-time
Fleet Manager (m/f/d) at any location within the Seier Group (e.g. Hamburg, Langenhagen, Dorum, etc.) to start as soon as possible.

What we expect:

Responsibility for the vehicle fleet: You will be responsible for the overall organization, from selecting and procuring new vehicles to managing leasing and rental contracts, as well as maintaining accurate vehicle documentation.
Planning and monitoring maintenance and repair work to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with legal regulations.
Budget management with a focus on efficiency: You will optimize operating costs, including fuel, insurance, maintenance, and repairs, to achieve financial efficiency and create room for innovative measures.
Making green contributions: You will integrate environmentally friendly driving practices into your fleet to reduce the ecological footprint.
Data as the key to improvement: You will analyze vehicle usage data, maintenance costs, and performance to create meaningful reports and identify areas for improvement.
