Your daily tasks:

  • You control and monitor subcontractor services
  • You coordinate human, machine and material
  • You are responsible for safety monitoring and quality management
  • You control costs, monitor material disposition and create measurements
  • You are the responsible person on site at the construction site and therefore the contact person for our customers, subcontractors and suppliers - you are hardly indispensable at our construction sites

We are a good fit for you if...

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
  • Alternatively, you have a master's or technician training in a construction profession with relevant construction site experience
  • You have already worked as a construction manager for 2 years
  • You have experience in the field of partial or turnkey construction
  • You have a structured, good way of working and good knowledge of VOB - in general, you should not shy away from working with software programs
  • You are willing to travel - because we are where the construction sites are
  • Information does not have to be pulled out of your nose: Communication is key and should ideally be something you enjoy
  • You are interested in further developing yourself with us and bringing your strengths to the table
