We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on state-of-the-art CNC equipment, contribute to the production of high-quality products, and be part of a passionate and hardworking team.

The successful candidate will be part of our manufacturing team, working on CNC Mills and Lathes, primarily Haas.

You will be responsible for setting up and operating the machines, interpreting GD&T symbols, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the finished parts.

Setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Mills, primarily Haas, in accordance with the production schedule.
Interpreting and implementing GD&T symbols to ensure the accurate production of parts.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
Ensuring the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
Testing operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator.
Solid knowledge and understanding of CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Haas, and GD&T symbols.
Strong ability to interpret and understand complex mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of the machining process and materials.
High level of mechanical aptitude and maintenance capability.
