ExecuSource seeks a high energy Business Development Manager for an exciting sales opportunity in the Dallas TX market The Business Development Manager manages the full-cycle client experience through sales and account management.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.

The Business Development Manager will:

Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person, and prospecting via online ad boards.

Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.

Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.

Prepare and present presentations and solutions to potential clients, attend trade shows or other large events to meet potential customers.

Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development or related field and/or equivalent experience.

1-3 years of experience in a sales environment with knowledge of account management and sales initiatives Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Reliable transportation and clean driving recordlocal travel in the Dallas market is 50%You'll enjoy:
