- Provide direction, advice and guidance to RCM program areas to build, maintain, enhance, and operate collection channels, gateways, and programs.
- Work with Federal agency customers to establish and improve working relationships and provide guidance, resolve problems, and perform duties associated with a central service provider.
- Develop, maintain and track program budgets.
- Provide program leadership; establish goals, objectives and criteria for the specialty area; and advises higher level management on the status of work and program accomplishments.
