The Lebenshilfe Heilpädagogische Sozialdienste gGmbH is a medium-sized social enterprise in Duisburg, Birmingham.
Founded by a parent initiative, it has been our mission for over 60 years to support and promote children and adults with and without disabilities. We work in seven inclusive daycare centers and family centers, an autism therapy center, an interdisciplinary early intervention program, various residential groups, a day group, and offer counseling on social issues.
This means that our clients can receive everything from one source.
We are currently seeking:
Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d) as Head of Supported Living
Your future responsibilities
- Management tasks for 15 employees and over 130 people with disabilities
- Staff planning
- Case management
- Recruiting of employees and clients
- Creation of "BEI NRW" for clients
- Budget management
- Networking internally and externally
- Innovative development of the work area
