    Description


    MyChoice Premium Weekend ProgramOur goal is to offer a variety of alternative scheduling options for our team members and candidates to best support their lifestyle and our commitment to being person-centered.

    The MyChoice Premium Weekend Program is designed to provide team members with the opportunity to work every weekend at a premium rate and be eligible for benefits.

    Option A
    • Two hour shifts every weekendWeekend employees will be scheduled to work two (2), 11.
    5 shifts each weekend between the hours of 7:00 AM Saturday through 7:00 AM Monday and receive a designated premium rate for weekend hours worked and be eligible for Benefit Package A. Option B - Two hour shifts every weekend and One hour shift each week (3 shifts total)


    Weekend employees will be scheduled to work two (2), eight 7.5 hour shifts each weekend between the hours of 11:00 PM Friday through 7:30 AM Monday and receive a receive a designated premium rate for weekend hours worked and be eligible for Benefit Package B.

    Employee will also work one hour shift during the week at their base rate.

    Option C - (Two hour shifts every weekendWeekend employees will be scheduled to work two (2), 7.5 hour shifts each weekend between the hours of 11:00 PM Friday through 7:30 AM Monday and receive a receive a designated premium rate for weekend hours worked and be eligible for Benefit Package C.


    Experience Required:


    A minimum of one year clinical CNA experience within the past 5 yearsCurrent PA CNA certificationAvailable to attend and complete Presbyterian SeniorCare Network three day general orientation and a two day orientation with the Nurse Educator (5 days total M - F).

    60 additional hours orientating in the neighborhood preferably based on shift assignment will occur.
