SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our US Recruitment team in Raleigh
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of sourcing and screening IT professionals to meet the needs of our clients. This role will build a strong tech talent pipeline and contribute to successful expansion of our IT business sector.
A Day In The Life:
• Develop innovative sourcing techniques to identify, engage and interview high-quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients
• Execute sourcing strategy based on a thorough analysis of client job description, including relevant knowledge, and experience for required skill sets, functional skills, and communication skills
• Conducting full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, technical screening, resume presentation, interview prep, interview debrief, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with Client Services and Recruiting Leads to ensure timely delivery of high caliber talent for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions
• Leverage relationships with candidates, clients and professional network to generate leads and referrals
• Conduct relationship, pay and performance management responsibilities for contract employees
• Diligently document all recruiting activities in our application tracking system
• Monitor market compensation trends for positions and provide compensations suggestions to managers based on market value of candidates
• Perform strategic recruitment across multiple platforms to ensure all ideal candidates are identified
• Participate in community development programs

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one (1) year customer service/sales experience (staffing preferred)
• Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills, including proven ability to develop strong rapport and relationships quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills

• Goal-oriented and strong desire to be successful
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
