    Description
    We're the degen platform for institutions and the institutional platform for degens.
    Terrace is a multi-wallet, non-custodial crypto trading terminal and broker.

    We offer best price routing, advanced order types, synthetic pairs, token screening, and portfolio management on 12 chains and across over 40 venues.

    You can use Terrace for DeFi-only (no-KYC) or get access to the world's top CEX, OTC, and MM via our KYC-ed platform.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our DeFi products.

    As our first Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and driving the adoption of our platform.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background, a deep appreciation for UX and product design, extensive experience as an avid crypto user, particularly in DeFi, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.

    Leverage your technical expertise to guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable DeFi solutions.
    Work closely with software engineers to prioritize features, review technical designs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

    Conduct thorough testing and QA to guarantee that the user experience is flawless and the product is technically sound.

    Identify and address user pain points and friction in the product experience, drawing from your own DeFi user experience and user feedback.

    Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and protocols in the DeFi space, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
    ~5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical products, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
    ~ Proven software engineering background, with hands-on experience in developing complex systems.
    ~ Passion for UX and product design, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
    ~ Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams.
    ~ Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
    ~ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and product vision clearly.
    ~ Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Genuine passion for the DeFi space and a drive to revolutionize the financial industry through decentralized technologies.
