    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, with a particular focus on defining product requirements, conducting competitive analysis, and creating UI mock-ups/workflows.

    This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and success of our products.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
    Translate business needs and customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
    Define clear and achievable product goals and objectives.
    Conduct thorough market research to identify key competitors and market trends.
    Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify areas of differentiation and opportunities for improvement.
    Utilize competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
    Create intuitive and visually appealing UI mock-ups and workflows for web and mobile applications.
    Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that mock-ups accurately represent product functionality and user experience.
    Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
    Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and roadmap.
    Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project success.
    Provide leadership and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
    Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing efforts.
    Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, and iterate on product features and enhancements as needed.
    Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers as necessary.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Proven experience in technical product management, with a focus on product requirements, competitive analysis, and UI mock-ups/workflows.
    Experience working on SAAS/PAAS products, preferably with a mobile app interface.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile experience preferred.
    Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
    Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
