You will independently plan and implement suitable personnel measures for several HYDAC business areas with approximately 500 to 700 employees You will actively advise and support employees and managers in all personnel-related matters With your cooperative approach, you will accompany our employees throughout their entire life cycle - from hiring to diverse tasks in personnel management to departure In day-to-day business, you maintain a trusting and constructive cooperation with employee representatives and develop company regulations With your ear to the organization, you bring in new impulses and initiatives, skillfully balance employee and company interests, and inform about personnel policy decisions Your area of responsibility also includes proactive participation in separate sub-projects in the personnel department

HOW YOU INSPIRE US:
You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, business law or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on personnel management and labor law You qualify through relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in generalist human resources work, ideally in a collective bargaining industrial company in the metal and electrical industry with both technical and commercial employees On a professional level, you stand out for your comprehensive knowledge and practical application of individual and collective labor law Personally, you convince
