klaarnoord is a non-profit GmbH within the Evangelische Stiftung Alsterdorf network. We provide and organize person-centered and inclusive participation services for clients with mental illnesses, disabilities, and addiction disorders in the Stormarn district near Hamburg.

We are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) with project activities to lead a team in an ambulatory supported living project and to establish another ambulatory supported living project.

Work Environment

The "Arche Noah" residential project in Halstenbek is a lively and inclusive community. In addition to seniors and families, 24 clients with varying levels of assistance needs live here. Our team provides reliable and individual support in all aspects of daily life, as needed. This includes support in daily activities, as well as assistance in developing a daily structure or finding employment. In addition, you can look forward to an exciting project in Quickborn: The ambulatory team "Klingenberg" will support 9 people with disabilities in achieving their individual goals.
