    This confidential company is known as one of the leading innovators in the high-voltage semiconductor industry. As the demand for their technology increases, this team is strategically expanding its device design technical leadership.

    Manage the development of cutting-edge devices and complex projects from concept to tape-out with a seasoned team of power experts.

    Role
    Lead the design and development of high voltage electronic devices, overseeing all phases of the product lifecycle
    Drive innovation and continuous improvement in device design processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance product performance and reliability
    Identify short-term and long-term strategy roadmaps related to market needs, potential customers, and advancement of internal technology
    Work with internal cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications

    Qualifications
    7+ years of engineering experience in semiconductors (based on degree level)
    BS/MS/PH.D. (Electrical Engineering, Physics, Power Electronics, etc.)
    Expertise with device design and process development of mid-to-high voltage power semiconductor products
    Startup mentality
    Relevant semiconductor company backgrounds include Alpha & Omega, Infineon, Renesas, Texas Instruments, OnSemi, NXP, Nexperia, Navitas, Vishay

    Onsite location based on qualifications
