    £35k - £42K

    Previous experience working within FMCG or the Food or Drinks industry is essential. Please do not apply for this role unless you have the above.
    You must also hold a Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence.

    My client, an international leader of FMCG is seeking an Account Manager to join their team focusing on the Midlands Region.

    Working within their established Sales Department, this role is offered on a


    FULLY REMOTE

    basis with excellent remuneration and benefits packages including a company car or car allowance.

    As Account Manager your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain profitable volume, Gross Sales Value (GSV) and brand share growth within a designated sales region.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Prepare annual & quarterly objectives in line with national account and company strategy.
    Identification and development of opportunity areas.
    Secure support for marketing and promotional plans.
    Forecast, monitor and control volume, GSV and contribution targets and spend budgets.
    Ensure maximum margins are achieved by account.
    Monitor and control account payments to agreed terms.
    Analyse and monitor volume, GSV and contribution progress by account.
    Developing long term business relationships with relevant contacts for each account.
    Undertake regular business reviews with the region's top accounts.
    Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
    Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant personnel.

    Self-motivated and results orientated.
    Effective management to maximise time with clients
    Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
    Pro-active with planning and preparation skills.
    Excellent presentation skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Flexible and adaptable approach to ever changing company/trade requirements.
    Creative approach to problem solving.
    Ability to create an effective link between customer and company.
    Ability to work on own initiative.
