- Build Python-based cloud services focusing on interfacing with ML/AI models.
- Scale ML/AL focused services starting from pure research and scaling to productized solutions supporting millions of devices.
- Interface closely with ML Engineers & lead efforts to productize their solutions.
- Implement, maintain and evolve cloud-based products and services.
- Perform extensive research and analysis to make optimal architecture and design decisions.
- Create quick proof-of-concept ML focused prototypes.
- 7+ years of hands-on industry experience.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in building scalable ML focused services.
- Hands-on experience developing cloud applications in Python for highly available distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and database performance, preferably with Mongo DB.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- (Preferred) Familiarity with big data tools, data pipelines, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases
- (Preferred) Familiarity with scaling Python based ML focused services and solutions
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Knox AI Cloud Platform to join our team. The Knox Cloud Service team focuses on the development and research of large-scale distributed system, microservices, computer vision, data intelligence and machine learning. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented and hard-working research software engineer to get involved in envisioning, designing, and implementing cutting-edge products with a growing team.
