Responsibilities:

Clarifying eligibility requirements with funding agencies to secure the costs of inpatient stays
Independently researching and verifying necessary facts and documents
Contacting authorities, agencies, and specialized facilities independently
Close collaboration with the social pedagogical service of the psychiatric and neurological wards, as well as with the relevant departments in the inhouse administration

Your Profile:

Completed training as a medical assistant, healthcare management assistant, or equivalent qualification
Independence, flexibility, and ability to act responsibly
