As a Project Manager for Properties (m/f/d) in Cream Ridge, NJ, you will be the primary point of contact for all property-related questions in the context of power line planning and will coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Managing the acquisition of properties and obtaining legal rights to obtain private building permits for highvoltage power lines
Conducting land registry research, preparing contract templates, evaluating properties and rights with the goal of reaching couse agreements
Negotiating with property owners and ensuring construction clearance
Hiring and managing external service providers, if necessary initiating tolerance and compulsory charging procedures
Documenting and managing processes in the rights database LaRA and managing line rights

Qualifications:

A degree in law, business law, agricultural engineering, urban and regional planning, real estate management or a similar field
Several years of professional experience in property securing and obtaining rights
Excellent knowledge of property law: compensation, expropriation, contract, property and land registry law, as well as appointment of legal representatives and property valuation
Proficient in standard PC software, ideally with knowledge of LaRA, GIS, SAP
Proficient in German at C1 level and good language skills at B2 level in one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish or Russian, as well as a valid driver's license (class B)
