We are currently seeking a dedicated Director (m/f/d) to join our team at PFLEGEN & WOHNEN MOOSBERG in Bedford, VA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the management and leadership of MOOSBERG, a facility with 194 nursing beds.
You will represent the facility both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for the financial success and profitability of the facility.
You will ensure continuous improvement of the quality of care provided.
You will develop ideas for the strategic development of the facility.
You will work closely with the nursing management to ensure compliance with our quality standards.

YOUR PROFILE:

You meet the requirements for managing a residential care facility according to the relevant regulations in Hamburg (WBPersVO).
You have several years of experience in managing a residential care facility with at least 140 beds.
You possess creativity, dedication, leadership skills, and social competence.
Providing excellent service is second nature to you.
You have knowledge of business administration.
Ideally, you have good MS Office and SAP skills, as well as a good understanding of numbers.
