Sole Managing Director (m/f/x) through an exclusive mandate in the field of personnel consulting.


Main Responsibilities:


As the Sole Managing Director (m/f/x), you will have overall responsibility for the company and strategically lead it to further growth and success.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Independent management of the company
  • Leadership of the technical sales team and expansion of sales and profitability
  • Management of the product innovation process in close collaboration with the development team
  • Optimization of the internal key performance indicators to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Coordination and optimization of the assembly/production of custom assemblies
  • Establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships and customer relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements
