Description
Job SummaryOn-call As Needed
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of clerical duties involving data entry, filing and maintaining records or reports in support of a school. Analyzes and processes a variety of data; communicates with staff, students, parents and community; may provide work direction to any assigned student workers.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with the following:
Two years of increasingly secretarial or administrative support experience with public contact.
College education or any combination of experience, training and/or education to demonstrate proficiency in the knowledge and abilities listed.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish. Must be able to read, write, speak and translate the language.
