- Organizes and maintains all envelopes with proper paperwork and reports, keeping an efficient daily log sheet.
- Receives the State tag from the grading station.
- Prepares the driver's request day tag with accurate information and hands over the necessary paperwork.
- Issues day tags correlating to their respective load numbers as required.
- Demonstrates proficiency in all functions related to receiving and error correction.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities, touch-typing knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication with truck drivers, employees, management, and State Officials in a courteous manner.
- Availability for a pre-employment drug test and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts during the fresh pack season, typically from July to early October.
- Eligible for paid sick leave.

The company is currently seeking a seasonal Field Receiving Clerk to join their team at the TomaTek plant in Firebaugh, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring drivers receive the correct Processor Tomato Advisory Board paperwork and verifying the accuracy of information on the State Tag. This role entails reconciling and organizing all documentation efficiently within the system during the fresh pack season, typically running from June to October.
