Your tasks:


  • Setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for Windows clients (LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, mobile devices)
  • Supporting employees through remote or onsite support
  • Administration of common Office 365 tools (MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Monitoring and administration of the network (Active Directory, Windows Server 2016, SQL Server)
  • Implementation and management of an IT ticket system for reporting malfunctions
  • Designing IT processes within the company in consultation with management

Your profile:


  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar qualifications
  • Experience in administering Windows system landscapes
