    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead as a Project Manager and Project Architect, spearheading a talented, multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, and building engineers to deliver exceptional projects.
    • Cultivate and mentor our up-and-coming architectural associates, guiding them through the intricacies of project design and execution.
    • Engage with clients to bolster our presence in the region as a go-to provider for innovative, cost-effective design solutions.
    • Drive the use of cutting-edge design technologies, with a strong emphasis on BIM technologies, for compelling presentations and efficient project execution.
    • Showcase your expertise through speaking engagements and written contributions, positioning our company as a thought leader while actively participating in industry organizations.
    • Collaborate closely with other Project Managers to manage budgets and workload projections with precision.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
    • Minimum of 5 years of design experience
    • Texas Professional registration in the field of Architecture
    • Demonstrate proficiency in marketing, sales, project execution, and team leadership
    • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
