- The Warehouse Team Lead will support the supervisor in managing and overseeing all warehouse functions, ensuring smooth operations
- Lead the receiving department to ensure proper utilization
- Assign tasks to maintain a 100% fill rate
- Assist in inventory management and provide necessary training within the department
- Accountability for tool usage
- Ensure accurate recording of hours and functions
- Timely responses to email and verbal inquiries
- Monitor product flow and department cleanliness, including daily trash compaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Proficiency in WMS system
- Leadership and motivational skills, ability to make decisions independently based on policies or common sense
- This role involves physical product handling and leading warehouse associates
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds and maneuvering up to 150 pounds unassisted or through team lift
- Experience in multiple departments
- Experience in email composition and responses
- Power Equipment experience - ability to operate Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO) or willingness to be trained
- Experience in creating and updating systems like trouble tickets
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Familiarity with High Jump is a plus
- Ability to read and understand English for safety precautions
