As a member of our team in Violet Hill, AR, you will be responsible for analyzing data from tests and manufacturing processes to improve the quality and yield of our products.

This includes identifying yield detractors, implementing improvements, and regularly reporting to internal and external stakeholders.


In this role, you will:

  • Analyze data from parameter and functional tests, as well as manufacturing processes, using modern analysis methods and tools, including data science solutions.
  • Optimize the yield and quality of our complex Infineon products.
  • Identify and analyze yield detractors, such as design, test, and technology issues.
  • Evaluate manufacturing experiments and collaborate with experts from various departments to drive and implement improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on yield trends and pareto charts to internal and external partners.
  • Make decisions on wafer disposition after functional testing based on relevant quality criteria.
You will have a strong understanding of problem-solving and take responsibility for achieving shared goals. Your focus will be on continuously improving processes to make them more efficient. Your excellent communication skills will also allow you to build networks and collaborate with others effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold a university degree in electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Have 13 years of experience in mass data analysis, preferably in semiconductor technology.
  • Be proficient in using MS Office and have general programming knowledge.
  • Be fluent in both German and English.
