Training as a Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) at Bushnell

Your responsibilities

  • Assuming organizational and administrative tasks
  • During your training, you will go through various departments and have different tasks accordingly
  • Handling accounting (posting and booking in financial accounting)
  • Processing incoming invoices in the accounts payable department
  • Handling correspondence (e.g. with suppliers, customers, and authorities)
  • Processing inquiries, orders, order confirmations, and delivery notes in the purchasing department
  • Writing invoices, processing contracts, and monitoring incoming payments in the accounts receivable department
  • In warehouse management/logistics, you will be responsible for checking incoming goods and monitoring inventory levels
  • Preparing annual financial statements and payroll accounting
