Training as a Business Management Assistant (m/f/d) at BushnellYour responsibilities
- Assuming organizational and administrative tasks
- During your training, you will go through various departments and have different tasks accordingly
- Handling accounting (posting and booking in financial accounting)
- Processing incoming invoices in the accounts payable department
- Handling correspondence (e.g. with suppliers, customers, and authorities)
- Processing inquiries, orders, order confirmations, and delivery notes in the purchasing department
- Writing invoices, processing contracts, and monitoring incoming payments in the accounts receivable department
- In warehouse management/logistics, you will be responsible for checking incoming goods and monitoring inventory levels
- Preparing annual financial statements and payroll accounting
