Our client from Hamburg - a company in the field of IT services - is currently looking for an IT service technician / onsite supporter (m/f/d) to join their team in La Puebla as soon as possible within the framework of employee leasing.

Your responsibilities will include both on-site and field work, coordinating with local contacts.

You will provide user support for all IT-related questions in a service-oriented manner, transport systems to client locations, and potentially dismantle old systems and set up and connect new ones.

You will also manually configure individual software and provide on-site support for users. Additionally, you will be responsible for documentation and system maintenance.

Your profile should include a completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience, knowledge of Windows 7-10, networks, knowledge databases, Office, and Outlook, as well as a Class 3/B driver's license and proficiency in German (spoken and written).
