- Be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth
- Manage responsibilities of rEvolution account management staff and provide performance feedback
- Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives.
- Manage the execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities
- Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including, maintain program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting
- Ensure client scope renewal and year-over-year program growth
- 14+ years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or property
- Past experience leading or working for an Automotive client/company
- The ability to travel as necessary to align with client programming and planning meetings offsite
- Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design.

rEvolution is seeking a Group Account Director to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. In this role you will be vital to driving the successful growth, development, planning and execution of our client programs. Reporting to the VP, Account Management, you will be a leader within the Account Management group, responsible for developing and directing multi-discipline teams in the management of our client programs at all levels.
